Architectural
1. Solid decorative Teak Chambol wooden main door with

3. Internal doors will be veneered partex shutters with
french polish/enamel paint with Mehagani or equivalent
chowkat/frame.
4. All bath rooms will have uPVC doors.
5. One door of each bed room will be fitted with mortise
lock.
6. All Floor shall be of standard size R.A.K /Equivalent
homogeneous tiles.
7. Exterior surface of the building will be partially
pasting brick & painted with weather coat. Interior walls
with plastic paint, ceiling with distemper, lobby and
stair case will be painted with Distemper paint also.
Structural
1. R C C framed strcture on cast in situ pile foundation.
2. Stone clips shall be used in situ pile & Column, 1st
class picked jhama chips for other R.C.C work.
3. High strength deformed mild steel bar of required size
h will be used as per design for reinforcing work.
4. Hollow brick shall be used for inner and outer walls.
5. Parking tiles floor will be C.C cast finished.
6. All strcutures have been designed according to ACI
building code (USD method) & Bangladesh National Building
Code(BNBC).
Technical
1. Required size underground and overhead water reservoir
with water lifting pump.
2. Concealed electric, telephone, water and gas line.
3. Individual electric meters for each apartment.
4. Best quality local electric wires and electric local
M.K. Switches.
5. Adequate power points for air conditioners, geysers,
fans, telephones. TV/STV connections etc.
Bathroom
1. Beat quality local sanitary wares (option for foreign
fixtur es on additional costs).
2. Local Glazed tiles (RAK or equivalent) in bathrooms
full height.
3. all bathrooms with standard size non slip local floor
tiles.
